Dollwar Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how we use your personal information on Dollwar.

REGISTRATION

In order to register for an account on Dollwar you must supply us with your email address. Once registered you have the option to provide further information about yourself such as your age, name and favourite food. This is not compulsary and you may choose to not provide this information.

HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED

We use your email address to send you your password. This is also applicable should you use the lost password or lost username feature on the site. We may also from time to time send you emails about offers or updates with Dollwar. You can choose to opt out of this at any time from your My Dollwar Settings area. We do not pass any personal information (including email addresses) to 3rd parties.

DOLLWAR STAFF

Members of the Dollwar Staff including site owners, administrators and moderators have access to view users email addresses for the purposes of security, safety and carrying out their duties. At Dollwar we employ (on a voluntary basis) members of the website to moderate the Dollwar Community. Some of these moderators may be under the age of 18 but no younger than 13 years old. Moderators do not have access to anything but your username, email address and any public information you decide to disclose on your public profile. Administrators have access to all information stored on our servers.

COOKIES

We use cookies to track your login information only. These cookies are required to track your username and password. If you are unable to use cookies or prefer not to then you will be unable to use this website.

THIRD PARTIES

We do not pass any information to third parties except for usernames in the cases of purchasing upgrades via the Dollwar website. The information you provide to 3rd parties such as payment information is not made available to Dollwar. Dollwar (and it's governing companies) cannot be held responsible for any information you disclose to 3rd parties.

PARENTAL RIGHTS

As a parent you have the right to request all personal information stored about your child on our servers. At your request we will provide this information to you within 7 working days. Please use the contact us page to do this.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change the terms in this policy at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are upto date with contents of this privacy policy.
