By registering with Doll war, you are agreeing with the following Terms. In order to use and access
Doll war you must agree and accept the terms of this agreement and comply with Doll wars Term of
Services. In order to be a Doll War member, You must be 18 years of age or have permissions from a
parent/guardian.
Accounts
Once you have signed up you will become the account holder. It is your responsibility to ensure that
no-one else has access to your account. You are response for all actions on your account. You are
only allowed one account. You are not allowed to give your password out to anyone. Doing
so may result in you being banned. You should choose a password which is difficult to crack. You agree to immediately
notify the administrators of DollWar.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any
other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Dollwar
members of staff reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without providing a reason.
Normally however you will be notified with a reason as to why your account has been terminated/banned.
Please note that we do not delete accounts. If you no longer wish to use the Dollwar service then
you should simply not log onto the website. Your account remains the property of Dollwar and it's
associated companies at all times. Dollwar is not responsible if anything may happen to your account
such as lost items, dollbucks ect.
When using all Doll War services, including the forum and chat room, you shall be subject to any
posted guidelines or rules applicable to such service. Doll War reserves the right to refuse,
suspend, or delete any account which does not adhere to these terms. You also understand and agree
that this website may include certain communications from Doll War, such as administrative messages,
and that these communications are considered part of Doll War membership and you will not be able
to opt out of receiving them.
Liability
DollWar and any of it's associated companies and linked 3rd parties cannot and will not be liable
for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with anything contained in these terms.
Furthermore Dollwar or any of it's associated companies and linked 3rd parties cannot be held
responsible for any loss as a result of using the Dollwar website. You agree by registering that
you accept full liability for any loss you encounter as a result of using the Dollwar website and/or
service.
Content & Suitability
You will understand and agree that DollWar.com was created to contain material suitable for young
children. Anyone caught posting profanity, pornographic material or links, or subject matter not
fit for young children will be banned and/or deleted from this website. Dollwar will attempt to
always provide a platform that is suitable for young children but you understand that since users
of the service have the ability to post content (including images) that it may be possible for
children to see inappropriate content before a member of staff has had the chance to remove it.
Safety
Dollwar is committed to providing a safe and friendly environment for it's users. We employ on a
voluntary basis a number of staff which moderate the website and services. You should never give
out any personal information to anyone and this includes your address, phone number, email, messenger
or any other contact info. If you must do so you should seek your parents advice first. Dollwar
cannot be held responsibile for what may happen should you decide to give out this information.
Discipline,Security,Cheating
Dollwar takes pride in providing a cheat free environment for it's users. We have a dedicated
"Security Team" who are equipped with tools to detect cheating. Cheating on dollwar takes many
forms. You are not allowed to:
Create more than 1 account
Use friends/family accounts to vote on each others battles
Dress your Doll 'ugly' in order to provide easy wins for opponents
Allow your doll to be 'naked'
Use any means to influence the outcome of a battle or event
Donate sums of monies to clans if you decide to leave dollwar
Abuse a loophole you find
Please note this list is not ehaustive. You should use commonsense when deciding what is
inappropriate. If you are found cheating you may be banned or penalized in terms of a penalty. A penalty may
include deduction of dollbucks,fame,mojo or other stats.

You agree to not use DollWar.com to:
Post or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful,
or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Harm minors in any way
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a DollWar.com Admin
, forum moderator, chat moderator, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation
with a person or entity;
Post or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available;
"stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or gather or store personal data about other users.
INSUBORDINATION: Refusal to comply with authority.
All members must follow the instruction and guidance from Doll war moderators and administrators at
all times. Failure to comply with authority is classified as insubordination and you will be punished
accordingly. Members of staff will use their own judgement as to what punishment is necessary.
MODERATORS
Respect the Moderators at all times, The Moderators have a lot of work to do around Doll war and
they need to be able to do it. If members don’t let the moderators do there job, the proper
disciplinary action will be taken. Under no circumstances should members ask to become a
moderator or How to become a moderator. Doll war staff takes great pride in who they pick to
be a moderator, only Doll war staff can choose who will be a moderator. Anyone asking to become a
moderator in Chat will be kicked from chat. If members ask a second time after being kicked,
members will be permanently banned from chat.
LANGUAGE
There will be NO abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated
material in the chat room. Severe action will be taken on such members who do not follow this rule.
SPAMMING
Spamming is against the rules, for members who do not know what spam is please read
the following.
Typing gibberish that makes no sense.
Typing in other languages, this is an English only room.
Typing messages like: Press______ if you _____. Example: Press 123 if you’re a bored.
Singing and Random ranting.
Constantly repeating messages.
Constantly repeating Links.
Posting emoticons repeatedly.
Members who do any of the following will result in a warning and then a kick from chat if
member repeatedly spams after warning.
BATTLES & EVENTS
Under no circumstance should members do any of the following.
Ask people to vote in your battle.
Post your battle or event link.
Post your battle or event id number.
Post someone else’s battle or event link.
Attempt in any way to influence the outcome of a battle or event in your favor.
Attempting to do any of these is classified as cheating, and will initially be kicked and subsequently be banned without warning.
PAID ACCOUNTS & FEATURES
Dollwar will attempt to credit your account in a timely manner (usually instantly) but you agree it
can take upto 48 hours for your purchase to be credited. This timeframe is icreased to 10 working
days in the case of payment by e-check or bank transfer. Please be advised there are no refunds for
paid feature for any reason. Administrators may, at their own discretion make refunds in exceptional
circumstances. If you are banned you will not receive a refund. You should ensure that you adhere
to these terms at all times to avoid being banned.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Doll war has the right to change these terms at any time as Doll war sees a need for new rules or a
change in rules. All members must check the rules regularly, it is the members responsibility to
know the rules, Saying that you didn’t know this or that is unacceptable, ignorance is not an
excuse and will not be tolerated. When accepting this agreement, you agree that the use of Doll war
and the Internet is at member’s sole risk. Member’s also agree that Doll war will not be reliable
for incidental damages when members do not follow rules and guidelines. You also agree that when
using Doll war you as a member will follow all rules and guidelines. Failure to follow these terms
and conditions will result in Termination and Cancellation to your Member’s account.
