What are Tournaments?
Tournaments are just like regular battles except the results are calculated differently and contribute to your
ranking in the 'Tournament League'. Unlike regular battles, your wins,losses and ties are not added to your
regular stats. Instead, they are added to your tournaments stats which are seperate. The rewards for winning
(or losing/tying) a tournament battle are also different to regular battles.
OK, what are the differences then?
The first difference is the stats you receive when you win, lose or tie a battle. These are dependent on the
type of Tournament you are in. For more information on Types see the Types section below. The other difference
is Points. Tournament Points are awarded when you win or tie a tournament battle. They are as follows:
WIN: 3 points
TIE: 1 point
LOSE: 0 points
You also receive hotpoints for winning a tournament battle. The amount you receive depends on the tournament type.
What are Tournament TYPES?
There are 3 different basic tournament types: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze is the most basic tournament and yields
the lowest rewards. Silver is next followed by Gold. The type of tournament you are in determines the rewards you
will receive for a win and the penalties you receive for a loss. The type of tournys available at any one time is
generally random but Silver and Gold are rarer. There is also a 4th type which is Platinum. Platinum tournys
are special and have much tougher requirements (the rewards are greater too!).

*Platinum tournaments have fixed wagers of 15,000 dollbucks, 1 Mojo and 1,000 fame.
Tournament Player Limits
Each Tournament will have a player limit. This is the number of players required to start the tournament. Once
this number has been reached the tournament will start. A tournament cannot start until the number of players
required has been met.
The end of a Tournament
Tournaments are 1 battle events. This means once your battle has finished this tournament is over for you
regardless of the outcome. You will be notified of your win and your rewards or penalities will be applied.
Voting On Tournaments
Tournament battles are mixed in with regular battles and it is not possible for the voter to differentiate between a
regular battle and a tournament battle. You should vote on battles as normal.
Wagers on Tournaments
All Tournaments (except for Platinum) have fixed wagers of 3,000 dollbucks. Platinum tournaments have fixed wagers
of 15,000 dollbucks, 1 Mojo AND 1,000 fame!
How many Tournaments can I be in at once?
You can only be in 1 tournament at any one time.
